Bank login failure
When logging in to your bank, most banks need you to log in using the same credentials and authentication process as you do when you log into your internet banking. Some banks require a different set of credentials for private and business accounts.
In most cases you will need to provide:
- Your username/ bank login pin
- Your authentication information for example: Mit_ID (Denmark), Bank_ID or in some countries your social security number.
- Remember that with most banks this works the same as logging into your online bank.
Some banks require different login details and agreements for business accounts. Make sure you contact your bank the first time you sign on as a business account holder and ask which login details and agreements need to be in place before you sign in the first time.
If your login to your bank fails, please contact your bank or the service you are trying to log in to.
