In a Payouts scenario, it is the client who performs payouts.

The major reason for any client to use Payouts is the ability to bundle many transactions and approve all of them with one authorization.

Screen 1: This part of the user journey is designed and controlled by the client but is included here for context.

Screen 2: Here the user journey starts, and the payer is presented with a summary of the transactions intended.

Screen 3: The payer logs into the bank in order to authorize payments.

Screen 4: The payer gets a success message, and upon completing the flow, are sent to a return URL of the client’s choice staying within the client’s flow.

All flows are branded with the Mastercard logo to make it clear that clients are interacting with Mastercard Open Banking Services Europe when connecting to their banks, making payments, or sharing financial information.
