If you change to an email with the same domain as the old email:

Please contact support (OpenBankingEU_Support@mastercard.com) providing your old email address and your new email address, and one of our agents will provide you with a recovery code. After receiving your recovery code, please follow the recovery flow at Recover your account.

 If you are changing to an email with a different domain than the old email:

Please contact support (OpenBankingEU_Support@mastercard.com) providing your old email address and your new email address as well as proof of ownership of both emails. After receiving your recovery code, please follow the recovery flow at Recover your account.
