In case the user lost access to their old email address and thereby their recovery code, they will have to contact Mastercard OB Support for assistance.
If they change to an email with the same domain as the old email:
Please contact support (OpenBankingEU_Support@mastercard.com) providing their old email address and new email address, and one of our agents will provide them with a recovery code. After receiving their recovery code, they should follow the recovery flow at Recover your account.
If they are changing to an email with a different domain than the old email:
Please contact support (OpenBankingEU_Support@mastercard.com) providing their old email address and new email address as well as proof of ownership of both emails. After receiving your recovery code, they should follow the recovery flow at Recover your account.
