How to change the email address connected to your Aiia profile:

For security reasons, the only way to change the email address is through the recovery flow.

Here you will need to provide:

• Your old email address
• Your new email address
• Your recovery code

The recovery code was sent to the email connected to the profile at the time of creation. If you don’t have your recovery code available, you can get a new one by logging into your profile in The Hub with the email address currently connected to your profile. When logged in, click on “Your account”, then “Profile settings”.

In Profile settings, you can request to receive a new recovery code.
