If you need to change the email address connected to your Aiia profile:

For security reasons, the only way to change the email address is through the recovery flow .

Here you will need to provide:

  • Your old email address
  • Your new email address
  • Your recovery code

If you don’t have your recovery code available, you can get a new one by logging into your profile in The Hub by using your old email address. When logged in, click on “Your account”, then “Profile settings”. 

In Profile settings, you can request to receive a new recovery code.

 

No longer have access to your old email address? 

In case you have lost access to your old email address and thereby your recovery code, you will have to contact support for assistance. 

 

If you change to an email with the same domain as the old email:

Please contact support providing your old email address and your new email address, and one of our agents will provide you with a recovery code. After receiving your recovery code, please follow the recovery flow .

 

If you are changing to an email with a different domain than the old email:

Please contact support providing your old email address and your new email address as well as proof of ownership of both emails. After receiving your recovery code, please follow the recovery flow .
